• Powderhound is not responsible for the cost of any missed flights, hotels, delays, and/or costs outside of the amount paid for your trip with Powderhound.

• The max amount you can receive in case of delay, breakdown, cancelled and/or no show shuttle can be no more than the amount paid for your trip with Powderhound (You can only receive a full refund on your purchase with Powderhound, nothing more than this amount).

• E.g. If you paid $100 for service with Powderhound, the max reimbursement you can receive is $100, nothing more.

• Powderhound is not responsible for any damaged, lost, destroyed, or but not limited to ruined luggage, gear, skis, or any type of baggage being transported in our vehicles.

• Payment is due no later than 7 days before pickup.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable.

• Stops over 30 minutes are charges at $80 per hour

• Rides between 10 PM and 6 AM have a $100 minimum gratuity.
